Institutional Strength:
1. We provide financial aid to the needy students by several Govt. Scheme and poor student fund of the college.
2. Sincere laborious and robust students of the institution are our strength regarding the social and national services.
3. Pass out students of this institution is doing very well in their further education in universities and technical institutions.
4. Improvement in overall result percentage every year.
5. Optimum utilization of whatever resources available within the college.
6. Students centric approaches.
7. In pursuit of excellence, a distinct work culture is maintained.
8. Lectures/labs/tutorials are held as per schedule. Total transparency is maintained in admissions. The college faculty provides educations as per latest practices to the student, which allows them to harness their skill, realize their dreams and ignite the compassion to excel.
Institutional Weakness:
1. We have no sprawling campus so we face problem. In organizing sports and other physical activities programmes.
2. Lack of sufficient infrastructure in terms of class room, library, labs &sports facilities.
3. Non availability of staff quarters.
4. Though the facilities are sufficient, yet we need additional conference hall, a big auditorium and some more classrooms.
5. Though our office is automized but we are trying to make it completely paperless.
6. To entrance to growth of an institution and its development, the bench strength of permanent faculty needs to be augmented.
Institutional Opportunity:
1. If the required infrastructure and facility is provided the students have lot of potential to excel in academies and sports.
2. There is scope for taking up various certificate courses and short terms training programme.
3. The college can take more advantage of various developmental upgradation facilities provided by W.G.C.
Institutional Challenge:
1. Lack of faculty members, poor infrastructure and updated laboratories facilities poses difficulties in our approaches towards value based quality education.
2. The major threat to the academic excellence of the institution is poor educational background of the students. Mass copying in the examination is responsible in deteriotion of the academic and quality educations.
